At Catalina Puerto Rico, we strive to ensure our product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings.
  • Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly by style or fabric.
  • We reserve the right to correct or update product information, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.
     

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time
  • Limit quantities available for sale
  • Cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, out-of-stock items, incomplete information, or suspected fraud
  • If your order is canceled, you will be notified via email and refunded if applicable.

5. Purchases and Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the chosen payment method
     

We accept secure payments through trusted third-party processors, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Klarna.
Catalina Puerto Rico does not store full credit card details or sensitive payment data.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Once your purchase is confirmed:

  • Orders are processed and shipped three times per week according to our Shipping Policy.
  • We are not responsible for postal delays or carrier service disruptions.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address (validated by USPS).
  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
     

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • All purchases are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Due to the nature of our boutique collections and limited inventory, exchanges and returns are accepted only under the conditions stated in that policy.

To initiate a return, email wecare@catalinapr.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a store credit (digital gift card) for the value of the returned item.

Please note:
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a clear photo of the product. We will happily replace it at no cost to you.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Once approved, you’ll receive a store credit with no expiration date for future purchases.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using this website, you consent to the use of cookies and analytics tools.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise site security
  • Harvesting or collecting user data without consent
  • Using any content, images, or trademarks from Catalina Puerto Rico for unauthorized commercial purposes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.

4. Precios y disponibilidad

Nos reservamos el derecho de:

  • Modificar o descontinuar productos

  • Limitar cantidades

  • Cancelar o rechazar órdenes cuando sea necesario (por errores de stock, precio incorrecto, información insuficiente o riesgo de fraude)

Si tu orden es cancelada, te notificaremos mediante email.

5. Proceso de compra y pago

Al realizar una compra declaras que:

  • Eres mayor de 18 años

  • La información ofrecida es correcta

  • El método de pago es válido y autorizado

Aceptamos varios métodos de pago seguros procesados por terceros (ej. Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna desde la aplicación).
Catalina Puerto Rico no almacena información completa de tarjetas.

6. Envíos y entregas

Una vez realizada la compra:

  • Los envíos se procesan según lo establecido en nuestra Política de Envíos, hacemos los mismos 3 veces a la semana.

  • No somos responsables por atrasos de los servicios de correo.

  • Es responsabilidad del cliente proveer una dirección correcta y completa. (Validada por USPS).

  • Es responsabilidad del cliente monitorear su número de rastreo del pedido. El mismo le llegará vía email.
  • Si el paquete es devuelto por error en dirección, el cliente deberá cubrir el costo del reenvío.

7. Cambios, devoluciones o reembolsos

Toda compra está sujeta a nuestra Política de Devoluciones.
Por la naturaleza de nuestros productos boutique y cantidades limitadas, los cambios o reembolsos aplican únicamente bajo las condiciones descritas en dicha política.

Para iniciar una devolución, escríbenos a wecare@catalinapuertorico.com indicando tu nombre completo, número de orden y motivo de la devolución. Una vez recibamos el artículo y confirmemos su estado, procesaremos un crédito en tienda (tarjeta de regalo digital) por el valor del artículo devuelto.

Nota: No se reembolsan los costos de envío originales ni los de devolución, a menos que el producto sea defectuoso o incorrecto.

¿Puedo cambiar un artículo dañado o incorrecto?

¡Sí! Si recibes un producto dañado o equivocado, contáctanos dentro de los 3 días posteriores a la recepción de tu pedido con una foto del artículo. Estaremos encantados de cambiarlo por uno nuevo sin costo adicional.

¿Cuánto tiempo tengo para hacer una devolución?

Aceptamos devoluciones dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la entrega. Los artículos deben estar sin usar, sin lavar, con etiquetas originales y en su empaque original.
Una vez aprobado, recibirás un crédito en tienda, que no expira y podrás usar en futuras compras.

8. Privacidad del usuario

Tu información personal se maneja según nuestra Política de Privacidad.
Al utilizar nuestro sitio, aceptas el uso de cookies y herramientas de análisis.

9. Prohibiciones

No puedes hacer mal uso del sitio, incluyendo:

  • Hackeo o intento de acceso no autorizado

  • Recolección indebida de datos

  • Uso comercial no autorizado de nuestra marca, fotos o contenido

10. Propiedad intelectual

Todo el contenido del sitio (textos, fotos, gráficos, logos, diseño, etc.) es propiedad de Catalina Puerto Rico y está protegido por leyes de derechos de autor.
No está permitido copiarlo sin autorización previa.
